1. Subscription Plans & Billing
MeraTutor.AI offers services on a recurring subscription basis with monthly and annual billing cycles. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize automatic billing at the beginning of each renewal cycle.
2. Free Plan & Credits Policy
- Free Credits: Free plan users receive a quota of AI credits every month to explore platform features.
- Monthly Refresh: Free credits refresh each month and do not carry over to subsequent billing cycles.
- No Billing: Free plan usage does not require payment details and incurs no charges.
3. Refund & Cancellation Terms (Important)
- 7-Day Refund Window: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of your initial signup or first purchase date only. This refund window does not apply to subscription renewals, plan upgrades, or add-on purchases.
- Usage Condition: Refund eligibility is strictly subject to limited usage of the MeraTutor.AI platform during the 7-day period.
- Non-Refundable Condition: Once a subscription has been substantially used, including extensive AI queries, workbook evaluations, study notes generation, or similar platform usage, or after 7 days have elapsed, fees are strictly non-refundable.
- Company Discretion: All refund requests, including those related to technical issues or platform delivery errors, are reviewed and processed at the sole discretion of MeraTutor.AI. Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval.
- Refund Processing Time: If a refund is approved by MeraTutor.AI, the processing and credit of the refund amount may take 15 business days or more, depending on the payment method and banking processes.
- No Academic Guarantees: MeraTutor.AI is an assistive learning tool and does not guarantee specific marks, exam ranks, academic grades, or educational outcomes.
Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights available under applicable law.
Please note: Please review subscription features and available trial credits before purchasing. Substantial usage voids refund eligibility. All refund decisions are final and at the sole discretion of MeraTutor.AI.
By purchasing a subscription, the parent or guardian confirms that they have read and accepted the Terms & Conditions and this Refund Policy.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through your account dashboard or billing settings. Upon cancellation:
- Active Access: You will retain full access to premium features until the end of your current paid billing period.
- No Further Charges: No automatic renewals or further deductions will occur after cancellation.
- No Partial Refunds: We do not offer prorated or partial refunds for unused days within an ongoing billing cycle.
5. How to Request a Refund or Support
